Purity

I wasn't feeling that great today. Nothing specific and nothing physical. A ton of things I want and need to get done, and my feet seem to be bound in the mud.

Then this little beauty showed up outside my kitchen window, and I knew I ought to at least try to grab the moment where she (he, I sure can't tell) appeared and my spirits lifted a little.

BTW, I have no idea what species this is - or even whether it's a moth or a butterfly - try to imagine how little I care.

The plant? Oh, it's a mock orange.
